Within Canada: 1-10 business days, depending on location and shipping method
USA: Up to 15 business days – longer if item is delayed by customs
Outside of Canada or the USA: 4-6 weeks - longer if delayed by customs
We generally ship within 3 days of a CLEARED payment. Delays caused by mail or customs are out of our control.
Local pick-ups are welcome, if you are in the Brantford, Ontario area!
Shipping & Handling
Shipping charges are firm, and not negotiable. If you are having trouble calculating the shipping cost on your purchase, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are happy to combine shipping on items paid for on the same invoice. Combined shipping costs will be calculated in the following way:
You will be charged the highest shipping cost, and ½ of the shipping cost on each additional item.
We accept Paypal and money orders. If you are outside of Canada, please ensure that your money order is international and cashable in Canada. Please do not send the green US Postal money orders. These can not be cashed in Canada, and will be returned to you.
Please note that we accept Paypal only from customers who are outside of Canada or the USA.
We DO NOT accept personal checks.
Refunds and Returns
Returns happily accepted for any reason. However, shipping and handling charge WILL NOT be refunded, and ALL returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that an item is damaged during shipping, the damaged item will need to be returned before a refund is issued.
Please be aware that previously worn items will have the normal wear and tear of items that have been worn and washed. However, any stains, tears or imperfections will be noted in the listing.
Clothing items may become wrinkled during shipping.
Requests for refunds will only be addressed within 30 days of the date of sale. Following that time period, there will be absolutely no refunds.
